The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramon Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Txomin having to interfere. Nemesio Cordarryl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Bernabe Crescencio made a huge save. After 7 played minutes Club Sportivo Barracas got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Iban. In the 10th minute C.A. Huracan were awarded a corner. Anibal Chico went to the cornerflag to take it. Ramon Ignado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, C.A. Huracan's Bernabe Crescencio got control of the ball when Nemesio Cordarryl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nemesio Cordarryl had several of the C.A. Huracan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Bernabe Crescencio as he didn't even see the shot coming. C.A. Huracan's Bernabe Crescencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save C.A. Huracan from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, Rodrigo Cordairo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo López struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Arnaldo Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Huracan. Honorio Millan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bernabe Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gustavo López sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Txomin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Ignado went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Club Sportivo Barracas's Arnaldo Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Ignado in the 68th minute of play. C.A. Huracan's Gustavo López came free and shot a quick shot against goal 73 minutes in the game, fortunately Arnaldo Txomin had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 86th play minute Gustavo López came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arnaldo Txomin. 1-2. In the 89th minute, Cornelio Jon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A. Huracan's Ramon Ignado got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded C.A. Huracan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Sportivo Barracas.
