The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Millan in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Sansone saved JUVENTUD UNIDA from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Barracas's goalkeeper Arnaldo Txomin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Nisio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Otoniel in the 19th minute of play forced Club Sportivo Barracas's goalkeeper Arnaldo Txomin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Otoniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Txomin having to interfere. Arnaldo Txomin made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Silvestre Nisio sent off a good shot on target. When Cornelio Jon fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Sportivo Barracas's protests and gave Cornelio Jon a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimiro Otoniel in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Txomin saved Club Sportivo Barracas from getting behind. Vladimiro Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nemesio Cordarryl's late challenge caught a JUVENTUD UNIDA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Cordarryl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Nemesio Cordarryl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36thth minute of the game Vladimiro Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Sportivo Barracas's Arnaldo Txomin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Txomin made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Silvestre Nisio sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Millan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Nemesio Cordarryl came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Club Sportivo Barracas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Cordarryl couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Club Sportivo Barracas booed when JUVENTUD UNIDA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Nisio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Silvestre Nisio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 67 minutes, Nemesio Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sportivo Barracas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Sportivo Barracas's Honorio Millan got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to JUVENTUD UNIDA getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Bernabe Aurre hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Millan in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Sansone saved JUVENTUD UNIDA from getting behind. JUVENTUD UNIDA's Danilo Sansone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Millan in the 82nd minute of play. Silvestre Nisio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Otoniel in the 93rd minute of play. Club Sportivo Barracas's Arnaldo Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Nisio in the 95th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Silvestre Nisio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Txomin. Club Sportivo Barracas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Nisio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. JUVENTUD UNIDA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Sportivo Barracas for a fine match.
