Fulgencio Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A. Huracan's Bernabe Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Vermudo in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Nicolas Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Classic's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Vermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Crescencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo López scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Eufemio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, C.A. Huracan's Ramon Ignado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Eufemio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Ramon Ignado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Huracan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Ignado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gustavo López managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Huracan's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo López was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Eufemio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th match minute, Classic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Guillen to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Vermudo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, C.A. Huracan's Anibal Chico got a free kick in the 56th minute. Nicolas Vermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bernabe Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Xacintu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, C.A. Huracan's goalkeeper Bernabe Crescencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Lonzo. C.A. Huracan's Ramon Ignado got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo López recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
