Vázques's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Estevez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Flores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salvador Flores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Estevez's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Feliberto Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Vázques booed when Volta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 74 minutes of play, Vázques's Feliberto Bernabel made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Estevez in the 81st minute of the match. Jacobo Pabla hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Abel Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vázques's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Estevez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Volta's zone, Feliberto Bernabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Flores came out of the goal and Feliberto Bernabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliberto Bernabel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Vázques left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Volta.
