After a defensive mix-up in Ahorason13's zone, Gervasio Nuxila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Guillerme came out of the goal and Gervasio Nuxila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Leon Gaitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Herensuge might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Eli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Herensuge ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Herensuge in the 32nd minute of play forced Verón's goalkeeper Andres Eli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Clemencin in the 33rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Javier Clemencin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verón's supporters rose to their feet, but Javier Clemencin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Guillerme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Clemencin to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Ahorason13 got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Herensuge. After 56 minutes, Filiberto Baldovino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verón and the Ahorason13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ahorason13 booed when Verón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Baldovino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Verón's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Gaitano came free, but Andres Eli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Guillerme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervasio Nuxila went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the game, Ahorason13's Leon Gaitano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Eli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Gervasio Nuxila struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Zacarias Guillerme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verón. When Javier Clemencin came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Verón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Clemencin couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Elvio Federigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ahorason13's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verón the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ahorason13's Elvio Federigo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Javier Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Nuxila in the 96th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes Ahorason13 got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Federigo.
