Guido Ermengol was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Diablos FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Guido Ermengol came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Diablos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Ermengol couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, PIPACH recargado's Camilo Brion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteve Osmundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 22 minutes of play, Diablos FC's Amadeo Tolino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Montrelle was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PIPACH recargado's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to PIPACH recargado getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fernando Giro hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Santiago Restu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Amado Ganix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Osmundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Diablos FC's Oscar Bazkoare in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. PIPACH recargado's Ciro Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Ermengol in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciro Montrelle. That made the score 3-1 after 48 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

If Guido Ermengol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diablos FC's Gogo Petrigai got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diablos FC's Oscar Bazkoare got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diablos FC's Esteve Osmundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Brion in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the PIPACH recargado defense, Guido Ermengol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Montrelle. The PIPACH recargado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Montrelle should have stopped the shot. PIPACH recargado's Ciro Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Ermengol in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in PIPACH recargado's zone, Guido Ermengol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Montrelle came out of the goal and Guido Ermengol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guido Ermengol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Montrelle having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Agustin Poz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diablos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PIPACH recargado the free kick. Agustin Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ciro Montrelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Ermengol in the 80th minute of play. Ciro Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Ermengol, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Guido Ermengol sped through PIPACH recargado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciro Montrelle. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Diablos FC had played much better football throughout.
