But to his dismay, Guido Ermengol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 27thth minute of the game Guido Ermengol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Curly Boys's Ubaldo Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Diablos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Pitin came free, but Esteve Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41stth minute of the game Oscar Bazkoare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Curly Boys's Ubaldo Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Guido Ermengol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Ermengol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Sportivo Curly Boys getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Raul Dalmau hit a great ball. Ubaldo Basajaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Ermengol's shot from short distance in the 49th minute.

The wind increased when Guido Ermengol made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Siro Ixaka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Sportivo Curly Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Idacio to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Curly Boys's goalkeeper Ubaldo Basajaun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ubaldo Basajaun was a little too slow when Guido Ermengol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. A hard shot 81 in the game by Oscar Bazkoare from a close distance when the talented Ubaldo Basajaun managed to make a qualified save. Sportivo Curly Boys's players were relieved. With a little luck, Sportivo Curly Boys's Ubaldo Basajaun got control of the ball when Amadeo Tolino tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Diablos FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Diablos FC's Guido Ermengol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Guido Ermengol struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ubaldo Basajaun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diablos FC. Amadeo Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Basajaun having to interfere. With splendid footwork Guido Ermengol arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-5 by the left pole in the game's 91st minute. The audience was convinced that Agustin Poz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Basajaun was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Ermengol in the 98th minute of play forced Sportivo Curly Boys's goalkeeper Ubaldo Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sportivo Curly Boys fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Diablos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
