In the 20th minute, Bonifacio Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter de Milan U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After recieving a nice pass, Inter de Milan U18's Ladislao Tanio tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Honorato Tallia's late challenge caught a Timberwolves's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Tallia helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Inter de Milan U18 getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Honorato Tallia hit a great ball. Inter de Milan U18's Arsenio Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Carlomagno in the 43rd minute of play. Inter de Milan U18's Honorato Tallia got his second yellow card of the match in the 45th minute. The referee ordered Honorato Tallia off the ground. A collision led to Inter de Milan U18 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Honorato Tallia hit a great ball. After the first half Inter de Milan U18 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Severiano Carlomagno made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Timberwolves's Teodoro Valiente got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, Severiano Carlomagno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Florentino Pacifico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter de Milan U18's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Pacifico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Frasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the match, Timberwolves's Bruno Kusko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Piarres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Kusko in the 75th minute of play forced Inter de Milan U18's goalkeeper Arsenio Piarres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Piarres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Carlomagno, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Severiano Carlomagno came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Timberwolves fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Carlomagno couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the game, Florentino Pacifico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tobias Frasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severiano Carlomagno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute, Florentino Pacifico fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 99 minutes into the match, Timberwolves's goalkeeper Tobias Frasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florentino Pacifico.
