All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvano Estebano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Nicasio Berto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burzaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Berto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Leonardo Guilabertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Leonardo Guilabertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burzaco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Guilabertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Atarratze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celedonio Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute of the match Roman Cordarin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celedonio Llorian skillfully saved the ball. Nicasio Berto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Atarratze having to interfere. If Leonardo Guilabertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Saguión AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Atarratze should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Guilabertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
