Marcos Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Goyo having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingo Erasto made a kick off. After 51 played minutes 25 de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Dolcet. Prudencio Fanuco spun around in front of the goal 54 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of 25 de mayo's goal. If Abel de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Sarracino was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Domingo Erasto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Camilo Sarracino. That made the score 3-2 in the 80 minute of play. Maximo Goyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Jurgi in the 85th minute of play. Maximo Goyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel de Mendonça in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Abel de Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 25 de mayo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Domingo Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tilcara Paraná ER's zone, Abel de Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Goyo came out of the goal and Abel de Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abel de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
