Edelmiro Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Bazil having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Santo Tirso managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.F Edo. CASTEX's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Tirso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Bazil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Carmelo Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Daunte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ruperto Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Odon in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Ayala saved A.F Edo. CASTEX from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Sanchez during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Comandos FC booed when A.F Edo. CASTEX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Ayala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anier Daunte's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Comandos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Tirso came free, but Leandro Bazil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Anier Daunte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Santo Tirso made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Anier Daunte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Santo Tirso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Leandro Bazil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Daunte in the 60th minute of play forced A.F Edo. CASTEX's goalkeeper Ruperto Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Mambru in the 69th minute of play forced Comandos FC's goalkeeper Leandro Bazil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Anier Daunte reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ruperto Ayala. The goal made the score 2-1. After a rather tough play, Comandos FC's Javier Abeijon got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Carmelo Odon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comandos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Odon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. CASTEX's Dario Belasko in action when he in the 90th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. A.F Edo. CASTEX had won after a very even match.
