An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Berriotxoa in the 17th minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugenio Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Igon, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Leandro Igon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Igon struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ceferino Hug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Marcos Paublo made a huge save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Igon was the one to do the kick off. When Ceferino Hug came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Durazno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Hug couldn't finish the play. Durazno FC's Ceferino Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Federico Millan came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ghelfi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Millan couldn't finish the play. Ceferino Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Paublo having to interfere. Celso Sidro struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Marcos Paublo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durazno FC. In the 76th minute, Durazno FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bruno Berriotxoa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Ghelfi FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Desiderio Txatxu hit a great ball.
