When Teofilo Neron fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Villa Mitre's protests and gave Teofilo Neron a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Putoelquelee FC booed when Club Villa Mitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Frichoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Beltxe in the 20th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With his leg Fausto Frichoso managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Putoelquelee FC's Anacleto Beltxe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match was over Putoelquelee FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Villa Mitre throughout the match.
