The supporters of Luque FC booed when La Invencible was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Ariando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Hondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Curcio, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Celso Curcio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Hondo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Curcio in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Hondo saved La Invencible from getting behind. Ildefonso Lalla made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Zacarias Ariando sent off a good shot on target. If Celso Curcio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Jakes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ildefonso Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Segundo Buinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Invencible's Zacarias Ariando got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebio Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Ubaldo Jakes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zacarias Ariando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ildefonso Lalla having to make a save. In the 42nd minute Ubaldo Jakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Lalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luque FC's Ildefonso Lalla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Luque FC from getting a goal against them. After 48 minutes of play, La Invencible's Zacarias Ariando made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ildefonso Lalla was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Celso Curcio made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Jakes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ildefonso Lalla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. La Invencible's Julio Hondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Curcio in the 63rd minute of play. Luque FC's Eusebio Basualdo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Ubaldo Jakes in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Ubaldo Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Hondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Curcio, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
