Carolo Oier made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Hector Ordono sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 9 minutes, Uriel Panfilo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salliqueló's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Panfilo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Ordono got in the 11th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Carolo Oier handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Egoitz in the 43rd minute of play forced Delgado AFC's goalkeeper Carolo Oier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Salliqueló's Hector Ordono dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hector Ordono was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Delgado AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Toribio to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Florin made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Isaias Afonso sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the match, Isaias Afonso notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Salliqueló's Bonifacio Florin. Bonifacio Florin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 76 minutes into the match, Hector Ordono had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carolo Oier. Delgado AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Ordono was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 80th match minute, Salliqueló was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Kinsen to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Florin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cecilio Peruanton's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Carolo Oier came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Salliqueló's Uriel Panfilo. But to his dismay, Uriel Panfilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
