Godofredo Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Calisto in the 14th minute of the match. Godofredo Iago made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Luis Gombal sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Carrizal AFC's Segundo Tomi got a free kick in the 16th minute. Marcos Aureo might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvar Möllgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Aureo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th match minute, Carrizal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Tomi to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Amadeo Tomi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romulo Lehior's late challenge caught a Carrizal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Lehior helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Cidro in the 35th minute of play forced Tokegol FC's goalkeeper Alvar Möllgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tokegol FC's Ladislao Calisto got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luis Gombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Godofredo Iago made a huge save. In the 43rd match minute, Carrizal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Aires to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ladislao Calisto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Tokegol FC's Ladislao Calisto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. If Luis Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tokegol FC fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Tokegol FC's Ladislao Calisto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Igor Cidro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 83rd minute Ladislao Calisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
