Dario Mederi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 13th minute Maximo Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 13th minute of the match Luisito Horado completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luisito Horado a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to enzo gabriel getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luisito Horado hit a great ball. Cecilio Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Matai in the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Maximo Monico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cienaguilla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Monico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. enzo gabriel's Cecilio Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Matai in the 44th minute of play. Francisco Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Maximo Monico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

After 73 played minutes Cienaguilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Justino Fix. With a little luck, enzo gabriel's Cecilio Raymon got control of the ball when Maximo Monico tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rogelio Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Maximo Monico came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Cienaguilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Monico couldn't finish the play.
