Alfredo Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Placido Sergi managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when La Beboneta's Alfredo Gabrio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 7 played minutes Jacinto Pasqual rounded BAYER MUNICH's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 12th minute, Amador Berenguer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BAYER MUNICH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 15 minutes into the game, Remigio Su was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BAYER MUNICH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Beboneta the free kick. Francisco Urbasa hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Gabrio got free with Placido Sergi in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, BAYER MUNICH's Placido Sergi got control of the ball when Alfredo Gabrio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, La Beboneta's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Berenguer came free, but Higinio Vachon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Beboneta's Jacinto Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 32 minutes, Alfredo Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Beboneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Gabrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulino Menendo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Placido Sergi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julio Lucero to strike the kick off in the second half. Amador Berenguer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Higinio Vachon made a huge save. In the 55th minute Alfredo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Sergi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Pasqual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Sergi having to interfere. The supporters of La Beboneta booed when BAYER MUNICH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Lucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natalio Estevon charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Estevon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes BAYER MUNICH got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Estevon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Gabrio in the 62nd minute of play forced BAYER MUNICH's goalkeeper Placido Sergi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, BAYER MUNICH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Su to maneuver through the defense. Placido Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 66th minute of the match Natalio Estevon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Natalio Estevon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of La Beboneta booed when BAYER MUNICH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Estevon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Su hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Placido Sergi came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by La Beboneta's Rogelio Palban. But to his dismay, Rogelio Palban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Paulino Menendo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Placido Sergi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Alfredo Gabrio struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Placido Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Beboneta. Amador Berenguer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Vachon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Placido Sergi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Gabrio in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Alfredo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Sergi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Palban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alfredo Gabrio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the La Beboneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Gabrio couldn't finish the play. Edgardo Belo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Sergi having to interfere. In the 96th minute Alfredo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Sergi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Beboneta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
