Brea's Jacinto Frisco got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Bidari kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Florencio Larpe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edelmiro Chinto went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 46 minutes, Isaias Prejun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brea and the Kīlauea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Brea getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Isaias Prejun hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Florencio Larpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Frisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Jacinto Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
