Spectators: 6680 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ezequiel Noe kicked off to start the match. Amancio Peio came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. River Plate's Emanuel Bizi. But to his dismay, Emanuel Bizi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Christian Artal took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Peio. Amancio Peio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ezequiel Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th play minute Eustaquio Luzea came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fabian Abeijon. 1-2. Christian Artal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Baltasar Domiku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paolo Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, C.A. River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Constancio to maneuver through the defense. Christian Artal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Paolo Domeka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Christian Artal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Peio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Baltasar Domiku could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Fabian Abeijon made a huge save. When Adrian Osmundo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. River Plate's protests and gave Adrian Osmundo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Adrian Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Eustaquio Luzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, C.A. River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Herauso to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Christian Artal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Peio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Christian Artal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Peio having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Artal was the one to do the kick off. Ceres's Amancio Peio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Bizi in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Elvio Ioritz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Fabian Abeijon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paolo Domeka struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Amancio Peio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. River Plate. C.A. River Plate's Christian Artal got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Constancio got free with Amancio Peio in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amancio Peio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Domeka in the 77th minute of the match. Amancio Peio stood somewhat misplaced when Christian Artal came free in front of goal and shot 2-7 to the left of him in the 78 minute. 83 minutes into the match, Ceres's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Artal came free, but Amancio Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Artal, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 88 minutes, Christian Artal made it 2-8 with a short kick to the right side. Ceres's Amancio Peio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Ceres's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Artal came free, but Amancio Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amancio Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Artal in the 95th minute of play. C.A. River Plate played a much better game than Ceres and deserved their victory. The Ceres players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
