Spectators: 7359 (Terracing: 5520, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manuel Silbestre started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Alberto Santxol reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tomas Lucero. The goal made the score 1-0. Tosquitas AFC's Tomas Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Bittor in the 12th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Tosquitas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Ramirez. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Alberto Santxol took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tomas Lucero to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Santxol in the 24th minute of play forced Tosquitas AFC's goalkeeper Tomas Lucero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alberto Santxol came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Veintitrés fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Santxol couldn't finish the play. If Alberto Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Santxol did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Tomas Lucero 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Alberto Santxol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Santxol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Tomas Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Santxol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Tomas Lucero made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Santxol made a kick off. Alberto Santxol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Santxol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Aimar in the 57th minute of the match. Tomas Lucero came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Veintitrés's Alberto Santxol. But to his dismay, Alberto Santxol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 62 minutes into the match, Veintitrés's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Astudillo came free, but Taka Brama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tosquitas AFC's Tomas Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Santxol in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Veintitrés's goalkeeper Taka Brama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filomeno Orlandus. Alberto Santxol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Lucero having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Veintitrés's Alberto Santxol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Lucero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Lucero came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Veintitrés's Alberto Santxol. But to his dismay, Alberto Santxol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Tomas Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Santxol in the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Tomas Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veintitrés's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Aimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Santxol struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Tomas Lucero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veintitrés.
