An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Santana in the 3rd minute of play forced Bañado AFC's goalkeeper Cornelio Frasquito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Rius, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Honorato Licerio struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Isaias Ugutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bañado AFC. Isaias Ugutz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Licerio in the 30th minute. Isaias Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Amadeo Cordera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amadeo Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Frasquito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melchor Rius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes Ragamuffin Jrs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Candido Clodio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Bañado AFC's corner Candido Clodio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isaias Ugutz quite easily take care of the ball. Isaias Ugutz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorato Licerio went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Bañado AFC's goalkeeper Cornelio Frasquito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Cordera. After 64 played minutes Uriel Santana rounded Bañado AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. After having played for 67 minutes, Honorato Licerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bañado AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Licerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Bañado AFC defense, Amadeo Cordera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Frasquito. The Bañado AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Frasquito should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Ragamuffin Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Rius came free, but Isaias Ugutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Cordera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Ragamuffin Jrs's Cornelio Frasquito threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Uriel Santana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Melchor Rius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Ugutz having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ragamuffin Jrs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bañado AFC.
