The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ivan Maule fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Ugutz having to interfere. After 4 minutes, Leo Osoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trevor FC and the Ragamuffin Jrs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes Trevor FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Osoitz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Santana in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorenzo Cisco saved Trevor FC from getting behind. Venancio Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Isaias Ugutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifacio Danel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Venancio Artaldo got free with Isaias Ugutz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute Uriel Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Cisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Venancio Artaldo got free with Isaias Ugutz in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes, Enzo Cisco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ragamuffin Jrs and the Trevor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Enzo Cisco hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Isaias Ugutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Maule's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Isaias Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Maule in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ragamuffin Jrs's goalkeeper Isaias Ugutz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lorenzo Cisco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaias Ugutz made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Venancio Artaldo sent off a good shot on target. Isaias Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Maule in the 38th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivan Maule kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isaias Ugutz. That made the score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. Enzo Cisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Maule to make the kick off. In the 71st minute, Venancio Artaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Ugutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Isaias Ugutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Maule's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trevor FC's zone, Uriel Santana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Cisco came out of the goal and Uriel Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trevor FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
