The supporters of Lileo AFC booed when Chiwenwenchas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Faustino Chale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Tibalt was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Victoriano Ugutz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Urbano Montrel made a huge save. Lileo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chiwenwenchas the free kick. Lileo AFC's Urbano Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Ugutz in the 86th minute of play. After some careless play in the Chiwenwenchas defense, Silverio Bordat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Tibalt. The Chiwenwenchas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Tibalt should have stopped the shot. Chiwenwenchas's Victoriano Ugutz got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute Victoriano Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lileo AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
