Isidoro Etor charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Etor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidoro Etor kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. La Moroneta's Fernan Urbes got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernan Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Godofredo Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Angelino Lain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Moroneta's Abel Daunte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save La Moroneta from getting a goal against them. Gilberto Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Daunte having to interfere. Abel Daunte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Galtero in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Gilberto Isauro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Daunte. La Moroneta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Isauro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Fernan Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Angelino Lain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Fernan Urbes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Godofredo Fe took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Lain. Angelino Lain dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cosme Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Hipolito FC's Teodoro Galtero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Daunte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Teodoro Galtero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hipolito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Hipolito FC's Teodoro Galtero got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Godofredo Fe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Lain read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Abel Daunte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abel Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Isauro in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Isidoro Etor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Anacleto Opilano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Moroneta's Abel Daunte didn't even have to move. After 99 minutes La Moroneta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anacleto Opilano who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hipolito FC had won after a very even match.
