The penalty shot was made by Jonathan Matteo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Los del Parque's Jimeno Jaume. 2-0. After 34 minutes of play, Villa Cuetazo's Dante Matai made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Jaume was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the game, Dante Matai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jimeno Jaume was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the game, Emiliano Cordarin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los del Parque's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Cuetazo the free kick. Emiliano Cordarin hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Los del Parque's Jimeno Jaume got control of the ball when Dante Matai tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimeno Jaume prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Los del Parque's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Maura came free, but Jimeno Jaume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los del Parque's goalkeeper Jimeno Jaume, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustino Jerardo got free with Lázaro Cebrian in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Julian Maura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Cuetazo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After 79 played minutes Los del Parque got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Kaiet. The supporters of Villa Cuetazo booed when Los del Parque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Maura in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Julian Maura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa Cuetazo's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Maura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Jaume breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
