Spectators: 6802 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Omar Guib got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Gorgojo FC defense, Jorge Dorio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Salvadore. The Gorgojo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Salvadore should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Guib in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Salvadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Omar Guib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Agustin Estavan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gorgojo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Estavan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Deunoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damaso Salvadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Guib's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Benigno Burni charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Burni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ceferino Deunoro was a little too slow when Agustin Estavan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Gorgojo FC's Damaso Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Guib in the 41st minute of play. When Filiberto Domingues fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorgojo FC's protests and gave Filiberto Domingues a yellow card for diving instead. Filiberto Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Basilio Modestio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Damaso Salvadore was a little too slow when Jorge Dorio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-2. Luciano Izotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Telmo got free with Damaso Salvadore in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Guib made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 62ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Damaso Salvadore would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. With his leg Damaso Salvadore managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Caballito Greeners's Omar Guib fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 74 minutes into the game, Carmelo Lluis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caballito Greeners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gorgojo FC the free kick. After 74 played minutes Caballito Greeners got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Lluis. After 78 played minutes Caballito Greeners got a freekick which was hit by Omar Guib. In the 80th minute, Jorge Dorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Gorgojo FC's Damaso Salvadore got control of the ball when Omar Guib tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 minutes, Domingo Nardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorgojo FC and the Caballito Greeners players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingo Nardo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Caballito Greeners's Camilo Telmo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 93rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Damaso Salvadore but with some difficulty. Caballito Greeners's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
