Damaso Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Maura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Salvadore having to interfere. In the 18th minute Julian Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Salvadore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Julian Maura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Cuetazo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Maura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artemio Montes took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Salvadore. Damaso Salvadore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Damaso Salvadore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes, Filiberto Domingues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorgojo FC and the Villa Cuetazo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gorgojo FC's Filiberto Domingues got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Jonathan Matteo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gorgojo FC's Damaso Salvadore didn't even have to move. Artemio Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artemio Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artemio Montes hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Agustin Estavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Artemio Montes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Villa Cuetazo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Montes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Maura in the 56th minute of play forced Gorgojo FC's goalkeeper Damaso Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Matai struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Damaso Salvadore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Cuetazo. If Dante Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Villa Cuetazo's Julian Maura in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 71 minutes, Dante Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Cuetazo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Matai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Gorgojo FC's Damaso Salvadore got control of the ball when Dante Matai tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Julian Maura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damaso Salvadore. The goal made the score 0-4. A well placed Julian Maura short distance shot in the 82nd minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. In the 84th minute, Marcos Nalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, Gorgojo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Tuste to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Salvadore was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Maura showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 87 minute of play. Villa Cuetazo's Lázaro Cebrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Estavan in the 96th minute of play. The Gorgojo FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Villa Cuetazo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
