An unexpectedly hard shot by David Cibran in the 2nd minute of play forced Caballito Greeners's goalkeeper Ceferino Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Izotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Maule having to interfere. Lisandro Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Guib's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Omar Guib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If David Cibran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Guib in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Maule prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Dorio struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Lisandro Maule didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caballito Greeners. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Qwinton during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Caballito Greeners booed when La Masía was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Qwinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Omar Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in La Masía's zone, Omar Guib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Maule came out of the goal and Omar Guib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Guib in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lisandro Maule saved La Masía from getting behind. Carmelo Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Caballito Greeners's zone, Dionisio Ostargi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Deunoro came out of the goal and Dionisio Ostargi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Andres Qwinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 60th minute David Cibran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Deunoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, David Cibran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Deunoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Omar Guib's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Lisandro Maule skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 68 minutes, Omar Guib made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. La Masía's Lisandro Maule tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceferino Deunoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Chuan in the 72nd minute of play. Ceferino Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Qwinton in the 76th minute of the match. Luciano Izotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Omar Guib ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lisandro Maule was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 83 minutes into the match, Caballito Greeners's goal looked a bit too open when David Cibran came free, but Ceferino Deunoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Guib who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Lisandro Maule when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lisandro Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omar Guib in the 91st minute. When Benigno Burni came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Caballito Greeners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benigno Burni couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Caballito Greeners left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Masía.
