Nestor Ekhi was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Celso Calvino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Celso Calvino really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Edgardo Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Txatxu in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Macapillo FC's Faustino Laurin got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nestor Ekhi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celso Calvino went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Club Atletico River Plate's Nestor Ekhi got control of the ball when Aurelio Vergaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aurelio Vergaray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Nestor Ekhi made a huge save. A collision led to Macapillo FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Aurelio Vergaray hit a great ball.
