Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Florida's Camilo Eliazar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Saturnino Teodor got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lino Guerau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Teodor in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Teodor in the 14th minute of play forced Florida's goalkeeper Lino Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th match minute, Florida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Cidro to maneuver through the defense. Romero FC's Guillermo Mitxaut couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Florida. The supporters of Romero FC booed when Florida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Ixona didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Eliazar in the 22nd minute of play forced Romero FC's goalkeeper Juan Piorno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Arnas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Piorno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Camilo Eliazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Piorno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Florida's goalkeeper Lino Guerau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Teodor. 31 minutes into the match, Florida's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Teodor came free, but Lino Guerau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Anier Arnas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Florida's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Arnas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceferino Cidro charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Cidro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Teodor to strike the kick off in the second half. After recieving a nice pass, Romero FC's Guillermo Mitxaut tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Florida's Maximiliano Ixona got a free kick in the 57th minute. Placido Conrao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Placido Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Arnas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Juan Piorno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Romero FC's Juan Piorno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Romero FC from getting a goal against them. Anier Arnas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Juan Piorno made a huge save. After having played for 76 minutes, Placido Conrao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Conrao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Saturnino Teodor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lino Guerau was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Eriberto Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 87 minutes, Camilo Eliazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Eliazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Saturnino Teodor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Florida eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
