After a defensive mix-up in Romero FC's zone, Baltasar Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Piorno came out of the goal and Baltasar Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Silvino couldn't finish the play. After 38 minutes, Guillermo Mitxaut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romero FC and the Andrade FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baltasar Silvino succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 45th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Silvino made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Zeledon Blasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes Romero FC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Teodor. After a defensive mix-up in Romero FC's zone, Baltasar Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Piorno came out of the goal and Baltasar Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Andrade FC's Segundo Rojelio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Piorno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute Romeo Presebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Piorno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Segundo Rojelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andrade FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Rojelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Baltasar Silvino notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Romero FC's Juan Piorno. Juan Piorno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the match, Andrade FC's Segundo Rojelio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Piorno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 minutes of play, Andrade FC's Baltasar Silvino made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Piorno was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Andrade FC had played much better football throughout.
