Ulises Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Dantel in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Berasko. Niupi Futbol Club's Samuel Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Vigil in the 13th minute of play. Ulises Dacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A hard shot 19 in the game by Emanuel Ortiz from a close distance when the talented Samuel Gabirel managed to make a qualified save. Niupi Futbol Club's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Ortiz in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Gabirel saved Niupi Futbol Club from getting behind. Niupi Futbol Club's Samuel Gabirel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Niupi Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes Niupi Futbol Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emiliano Bero who took care of the corner kick. Emanuel Ortiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Samuel Gabirel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE's Atilano Neto got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Vladimiro Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Ortiz to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of INDEPENDIENTE booed when Niupi Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Elia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimiro Vigil struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Samuel Gabirel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INDEPENDIENTE. Niupi Futbol Club's Samuel Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Vigil in the 56th minute of play. After 60th play minutes Emanuel Ortiz shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Samuel Gabirel and just under the crossbar into goal. 66 minutes into the match, Niupi Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Vigil came free, but Samuel Gabirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Vladimiro Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. INDEPENDIENTE's Emanuel Ortiz got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Emiliano Gorri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Gabirel. Niupi Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Gorri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Emanuel Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Vigil struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Samuel Gabirel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INDEPENDIENTE. Emanuel Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The INDEPENDIENTE fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when INDEPENDIENTE's Emanuel Ortiz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Emanuel Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INDEPENDIENTE's protests and gave Emanuel Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuel Ortiz scored 7-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Gabirel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Niupi Futbol Club's Adolfo Dantel got a free kick in the 91st minute. Vladimiro Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Gabirel having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Emanuel Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Niupi Futbol Club's Samuel Gabirel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Vladimiro Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. INDEPENDIENTE had played much better football throughout.
