Domingos Quin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauro Pierres made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Mauro Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Pierres in the 57th minute of play. Albo del Imperio's Pablo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Rumaldo in the 78th minute of play. Pablo Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Rumaldo in the 79th minute of the match. If Natalio Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Santos having to interfere. The referee ignored El Reino Olvidado's protests and gave Leonel Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Albo del Imperio had won after a very even match.
