Dalmacio Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Israel Sadurni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Israel Sadurni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Karlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Ignado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Evangelista in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nereo Evangelista made the kick off in the second half. Teodoro Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Unidos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buo club the free kick. The supporters of Buo club booed when Unidos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Ignado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Valerio in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Nereo Evangelista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
