Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Mendez hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Anier Aballe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Israel Sadurni made a huge save. Anier Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Sadurni having to interfere. Gervasio Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Evangelista in the 23rd minute of play. Israel Sadurni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everardo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cholila AFC's Gervasio Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Valerio in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Valerio in the 46th minute of play forced Cholila AFC's goalkeeper Gervasio Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Everardo Lawrence to strike the kick off in the second half. If Anier Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Evangelista in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gervasio Arias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everardo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Buo club got a freekick which was hit by Donato Mitxel. 61 minutes into the match, Anier Aballe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Sadurni. Buo club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Aballe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Valerio got free with Gervasio Arias in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the game, Nereo Evangelista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gervasio Arias. Nereo Evangelista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 78 minutes into the match, Cholila AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Evangelista came free, but Gervasio Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Valerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Arias having to interfere. Buo club's Teodoro Valerio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Cholila AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Evangelista came free, but Gervasio Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Lawrence blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Israel Sadurni having to make a save. In the 95thth minute of the game Anier Aballe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buo club's Israel Sadurni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
