Domingo Mikeldi charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Mikeldi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Domingo Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Carolo Felipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Deportivo Urquiza got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Quinten. Gaudencio Chesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Jago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Cebrian having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Damaso Ramirez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Urquiza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A hard shot 27 in the game by Gaudencio Chesus from a close distance when the talented Carolo Felipo managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Urquiza's players were relieved. Carolo Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Panqueua fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Panqueua's Francisco Bakar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Deportivo Urquiza's Carolo Felipo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Urquiza from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Chesus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carolo Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Panqueua's Domingo Mikeldi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carolo Felipo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 63rd minute, Damaso Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Deportivo Urquiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Silviano to maneuver through the defense. Virgilio Cebrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Ugutz in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Urquiza's zone, Gaudencio Chesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Felipo came out of the goal and Gaudencio Chesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benedicto Medardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carolo Felipo. Deportivo Urquiza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Domingo Mikeldi might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carolo Felipo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domingo Mikeldi ran back to his position shaking his head. If Damaso Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panqueua had played much better football throughout.
