The supporters of Cholila AFC booed when Unidos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Iratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anier Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dalmacio Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gervasio Arias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dalmacio Pes went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Epifanio Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gervasio Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unidos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alejandro Eneko in the 32nd minute. The corner led Unidos FC's Alejandro Eneko to fire away a dangerous shot which Gervasio Arias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Aballe in the 35th minute of play forced Unidos FC's goalkeeper Romeo Ignado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Ignado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Lawrence in the 37th minute of the match. Epifanio Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gervasio Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Epifanio Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The nice shot from Anier Aballe in the 77thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Romeo Ignado had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Everardo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Lawrence kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Dalmacio Pes came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Unidos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Pes couldn't finish the play. Gervasio Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cholila AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Unidos FC.
