Romeo Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Urdin in the 7th minute of the match. Panqueua were furious when Christian Ferdinand was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Panqueua:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alados:s goal. Leandro Ipar placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Romeo Weterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Chesus's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Alados's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Chesus came free, but Romeo Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ciriaco Cordaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Adolfo Rumaldo in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Panqueua's Pedro Pacho. Domingo Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Weterio having to interfere. Leopoldo Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgilio Cebrian was a little too slow when Leopoldo Quinteros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Leopoldo Quinteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Cebrian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Panqueua's Jairo Urdin got a free kick in the 60th minute. Domingo Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ciriaco Cordaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Urdin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Leopoldo Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leopoldo Quinteros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Cebrian having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaudencio Chesus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romeo Weterio. That made the score 2-1 in the 86 minute of play. When Panqueua's Gaudencio Chesus in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alados's goalie prevented a goal. Romeo Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, Alados could leave the field as winners, despite Panqueua having more of the ball for most of the match.
