Spectators: 7151 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carolo Xacintu started the match with the kick off. Aaron Tomi kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. When Macio's Everardo Rufio in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castelar's goalie prevented a goal. If Gerardo Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Xacintu in the 20th minute of play. Everardo Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nereo Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Everardo Rufio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nereo Fidele. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Playo in the 30th minute of play forced Castelar's goalkeeper Nereo Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Everardo Rufio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macio's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Rufio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Fidele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the game, Macio's Carolo Xacintu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Fidele made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Nereo Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Xacintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes, Carolo Xacintu made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Castelar's Nereo Fidele tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Castelar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Macio were winning 0-3.

Macio's Everardo Rufio got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nereo Fidele was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fausto Playo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 55 minute of play. Everardo Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nereo Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Carolo Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Xacintu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Rufio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Nereo Fidele made a huge save. Nereo Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Xacintu in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Carolo Xacintu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nereo Fidele. Carolo Xacintu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Narciso Luke's late challenge caught a Castelar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Luke helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Macio getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Narciso Luke hit a great ball. The supporters of Macio booed when Castelar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Carolo Xacintu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Fidele was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Carolo Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nereo Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Macio played a much better game than Castelar and deserved their victory. The Castelar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
