Spectators: 7243 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Gregorio Modestio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Angelo Cordara was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carmelo Perico. Cafu Trevisan struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Godofredo Montes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chudix. After 10 played minutes Cienaguita got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Perico. 15 minutes into the match, Abel Lop had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Cordara. Chudix's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abel Lop was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Godofredo Montes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachariasz Gondela, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Zachariasz Gondela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Godofredo Montes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Gondela in the 24th minute of play forced Cienaguita's goalkeeper Godofredo Montes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gregorio Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Montes came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Chudix's Gregorio Modestio. But to his dismay, Gregorio Modestio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zachariasz Gondela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cafu Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Montes having to interfere. In the 44th minute Fermin Cresencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Cordara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fermin Cresencio to strike the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Gasteiz's late challenge caught a Chudix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Gasteiz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Evaristo Gasteiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zachariasz Gondela got free with Godofredo Montes in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evaristo Gasteiz was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Chudix booed when Cienaguita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Gasteiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermin Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Angelo Cordara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Gregorio Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chudix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Modestio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zachariasz Gondela struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Godofredo Montes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chudix. In the 75th minute, Rodrigo Roda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Lop in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Cordara saved Chudix from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Cienaguita's zone, Zachariasz Gondela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Montes came out of the goal and Zachariasz Gondela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, Cienaguita's goalkeeper Godofredo Montes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zachariasz Gondela. Gregorio Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Romulo Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Godofredo Montes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zachariasz Gondela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Montes having to interfere. Gregorio Modestio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godofredo Montes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Angelo Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Lop in the 96th minute of play.
