C.F.C 1993's Salvador Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Sandaili in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Evaristo Gasteiz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.F.C 1993's Salvador Distiratsu. Salvador Distiratsu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Godofredo Montes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Salvador Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Sandaili in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Cienaguita were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severiano Senin was the one to do the kick off.
