Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paolo Cresconio got the match started through his kick off. Delmiro Cordairo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Macio's Fausto Playo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Timoteo Bembe succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. When Everardo Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Macio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Rufio couldn't finish the play. Urbano Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Playo in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Macio booed when Patron HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Xacintu charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Xacintu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carolo Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Urbano Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbano Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Xacintu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Rufio got free with Urbano Martxot in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Patron HC's zone, Carolo Xacintu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Martxot came out of the goal and Carolo Xacintu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st match minute, Patron HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Patxi to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Eduardo Romelio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Patron HC's Urbano Martxot didn't even have to move. Severiano Ariando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Bembe in the 47th minute of play.

In the 51st minute Carolo Xacintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Cresconio scored 0-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severiano Ariando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 played minutes Patron HC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Patxi. In a very dangerous position, a player in Patron HC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Patron HC's Urbano Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Rufio in the 74th minute of play. Igor Patxi was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Patron HC's Alejo Bartuelo got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Eduardo Romelio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urbano Martxot skillfully saved the ball. In the 92nd minute Carolo Xacintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timoteo Bembe came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Severiano Ariando could save by the left post. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Macio lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
