Federico Lekubegi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Thomas in the 5th minute of the match. Federico Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Federico Lekubegi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Quexal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimeno Curcio during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to COLON SFFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jimeno Curcio hit a great ball. Tadeo Birjaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Llorian took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvaro Bernebe. Carapato's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tadeo Birjaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Severino Deunoro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alvaro Bernebe. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Deunoro in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Bernebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Tadeo Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. COLON SFFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Birjaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Bernebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th match minute, COLON SFFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Petri to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Tadeo Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Deunoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Bernebe having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Tadeo Birjaio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alvaro Bernebe, passed just outside the right post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Deunoro was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Carapato's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Deunoro came free, but Alvaro Bernebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Bernebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Deunoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Deunoro in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Bernebe saved Carapato from getting behind. 63 minutes into the game, one of COLON SFFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Federico Lekubegi, was totally fooled by Carapato's Vladimiro Shantala, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alvaro Bernebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Curcio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. COLON SFFC's Jimeno Curcio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ezequiel Thomas, made in the 78th minute of the game. Tadeo Birjaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tadeo Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Bernebe having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carapato's goalkeeper Alvaro Bernebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alvaro Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Deunoro in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Tadeo Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COLON SFFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Birjaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carapato succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though COLON SFFC had controlled the match.
