Spectators: 7076 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leandro Leobardo kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Paolo Cresconio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nereo Fidele was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Patxi hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Patron HC's goalkeeper Urbano Martxot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urbano Martxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Ranolfo in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Timoteo Bembe notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Castelar's Nereo Fidele. Nereo Fidele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Castelar defense, Timoteo Bembe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nereo Fidele. The Castelar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nereo Fidele should have stopped the shot. If Timoteo Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Castelar getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gerardo Laurendi hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Igor Patxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th match minute, Castelar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Nikola to maneuver through the defense. Leandro Leobardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomero Ranolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Castelar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patron HC were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paolo Cresconio to strike the kick off in the second half. When Santos Sanson fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Castelar's protests and gave Santos Sanson a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Castelar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Leon Oliverio's late challenge caught a Castelar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Oliverio helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 minutes of play, Castelar's Leandro Leobardo made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Urbano Martxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Leobardo in the 70th minute of play forced Patron HC's goalkeeper Urbano Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Patron HC's Paolo Cresconio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nereo Fidele. That made the score 1-6 after 73 minutes of play. Baldomero Ranolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patron HC's Urbano Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Ranolfo in the 80th minute of play. If Leandro Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Timoteo Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patron HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Bembe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Cresconio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Patron HC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Castelar throughout the match.
