After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Erubiel Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjullón AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Sidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Frutos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Anjullón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Benat. Victoriano Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Sidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Victoriano Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Sidro in the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Erubiel Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anjullón AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Erubiel Sidro made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Anjullón AFC's Elvio Benat got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Albino Bernat sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Anjullón AFC's Vicente Fiz didn't even have to move. Anjullón AFC's Vicente Fiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Veto in the 57th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Romulo Clementi could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Victoriano Frutos however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Erubiel Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjullón AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Sidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
