After 4 played minutes Defensores Fsa Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Leo Izel. Silvio Cordarrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Loreto having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Gualterio Santiago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 11th minute, Gualterio Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Loreto made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Silvio Cordarrell sent off a good shot on target. Primitivo Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Loreto having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Dino came free, but Fabian Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Loreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Domenec, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Zacarias Bartuelo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Victor Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores Fsa Unidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Dino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores Fsa Unidos's goalkeeper Artemio Loreto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Silvio Cordarrell came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Avellaneda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Cordarrell couldn't finish the play. Silvio Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primitivo Domenec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avellaneda's Silvio Cordarrell got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Primitivo Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avellaneda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Domenec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Federico Chepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Eliasson was relentless in the 49th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
In the 53rd minute, Silvio Cordarrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artemio Loreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, Defensores Fsa Unidos's Guaberto Bazkoare got a free kick in the 61st minute. 66 minutes into the match, Defensores Fsa Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Cordarrell came free, but Artemio Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Baristo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A hard shot by Melchor Birjaio from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Fabian Eliasson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 70 played minutes Avellaneda got a freekick which was hit by Federico Chepe. Avellaneda's Fabian Eliasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Avellaneda from getting a goal against them. When Avellaneda's Gualterio Santiago in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defensores Fsa Unidos's goalie prevented a goal. If Jeremias Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avellaneda's Silvio Cordarrell got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Dino in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Chepe during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Chepe to maneuver through the defense. If Primitivo Domenec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Primitivo Domenec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avellaneda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
