Spectators: 7175 (Terracing: 5383, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Prospero Liberto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Romeo Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Menendo having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Romeo Abascal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lobocó FC's Eleuterio Menendo. Eleuterio Menendo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 14 minutes, Danilo Gurutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobocó FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Gurutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Lobocó FC's Feliberto Marin threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prospero Liberto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Feliberto Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Liberto in the 20th minute of play. Eleuterio Menendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Mambru's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Adolfo Mambru scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eleuterio Menendo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lobocó FC's Eleuterio Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Mambru in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Bacardi AFC's Adolfo Mambru made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Menendo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carmelo Mingo's late challenge caught a Bacardi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Mingo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bacardi AFC booed when Lobocó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Mingo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Mambru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafino Jorrin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The Lobocó FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Lobocó FC's Danilo Gurutz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lobocó FC's Eleuterio Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Abascal in the 44th minute of play. Lobocó FC's Prospero Liberto got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Romeo Abascal made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Danilo Gurutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobocó FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Gurutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Adolfo Mambru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Mambrus short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Eleuterio Menendo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Bacardi AFC booed when Lobocó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Hibai didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Danilo Gurutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adolfo Mambru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eleuterio Menendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adolfo Mambru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bacardi AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
