Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Liberto to make the kick off. Prospero Liberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Savion having to interfere. Marcelo Janpier's late challenge caught a Medanitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Janpier helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Medanitos booed when Lobocó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Janpier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Manilan charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Manilan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Desiderio Manilan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Desiderio Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Eleuterio Menendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Medanitos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
