Huracán FC's Guillermo Magdaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Cruz in the 21st minute of play. Guillermo Magdaleno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Cruz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute Victoriano Niguel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonzo Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Magdaleno having to interfere. When Rankanow's Victoriano Niguel in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Cruz in the 38th minute of play forced Huracán FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Magdaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Huracán FC's zone, Victoriano Niguel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Magdaleno came out of the goal and Victoriano Niguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tadeo Enol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Niguel to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Huracán FC's Guillermo Magdaleno got control of the ball when Victoriano Niguel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquilino Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillermo Magdaleno having to make a save. If Eduardo Barea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Barea struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Anacleto Daunte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huracán FC. Guillermo Magdaleno came out of the goal and Victoriano Niguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huracán FC's Guillermo Magdaleno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Huracán FC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Guillermo Magdaleno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tadeo Enol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Daunte having to interfere.
